Harvest detail: Harvested at 25-26 degrees Balling

Cellar Treatment:

Grapes were inoculated with selected yeast. Fermentation took place at approximately 24-26 degrees Celsius. Regular pump-overs were performed daily. The wine was pressed at above 2 degrees Balling. Only free run juice was used.

Tasting notes:

Post Tree Shiraz is a lively rich wine, full bodied wit subdued smokiness on the nose and a pallet of ripe fruit and interesting spice

Serve: Serve at room temperature. The perfect companion to barbequed lamb, fillet medallions and game. Lovely with Springbok stuffed with bacon, garlic and rosemary and a great match to a cheese and preserve platter.

Ageing: Drink now or within 2 years of vintage.
